D' Corner TJ (Teras Jernang)

D’ CORNER restaurant was established on 12 March 2012 by Puan Nordhilah bt Mat Yusoff.  She hails from Kelantan and aims to promote Malay cuisines particularly Kelantan’s dishes such as nasi kerabu tumis, ayam gulai darat, laksam, laksa Kelantan and many more so that our ancestors cooking legacy can be passed down to our next generation and not be forgotten. In line with the tag line “Alami Selera Kampung” D’ CORNER only serves Malay food for their customers.

D’ CORNER is located near Bangi Guest House and in front of various mini markets which is strategic to those people who live in and near Teras Jernang and also the student that study at MFI (Malaysia France Institute) and KPTM (Kolej Poly-Tech MARA) and other institute of higher education in the vicinity.

In addition, they also take order for dishes to those who want to prepare food for their special event or ceremony like birthday party, festival, open house and other occasion in large or small quantity. The price ranges from RM3 per pax to a maximum of RM10 depending on the menu.  However, a discount will be given for any order of above 50 paxs. So the higher the amount of order, the more discount will be offered for all the dishes. The most favourite dishes among the customers are Nasi Kerabu and Daging Bakar which is D’ CORNER signature dishes. They also serve other menu such as Ayam Bakar, Ayam / Ikan Percik, Nasi Berlauk, Nasi Campur and for Ramadan special they serve Roti Jala.

The business operation commences from 6.30 am to 5.00 pm every Tuesday until Sunday. They prepare their food early in the morning to enable workers from the nearby factories and students to have their breakfast.
